The Journey
Bhavesh Gandhi left India's shores in 1996, to establish B. H. C. Diamonds (Thai) Co. Ltd., in Bangkok. Armed with a profound knowledge of the intricacies of the Industry, he was able to bridge the gap between client expectations and the existing situational restraints in virtually no time.
Under his captaincy, the Company experienced steady growth in terms of size of business as well as the breadth and depth of its client base.

Having worn every hat there is in the diamond Industry, Bhavesh Gandhi is now involved with the interplay within facets or departments within the company. The obvious goal is to bring a perfect synergy across all aspects of the business.
And, in this attempt, comes his second role; that of mentor and guide to others. Rather than guarding his intensive knowledge, he believes that sharing the intricacies and nuances of the business with others is what will catapult it forward.

Beyond the obvious consistent betterment, the long term goal is to put in place systems and procedures that are predictive of the needs of clients and that also provide the necessary time-gap to meet every demand in a precognitive manner.

B. H. C. Diamonds (U.S.A.) Inc. was founded by Chirag Gandhi in 1998. Originally a one-man-outfit, Chirag Gandhi found himself engaged in absolutely every function that a business in the diamond industry requires.
Without demur, he soldiered on, tackling all aspects of the business, while managing to keep alive the marketing spark that is innate to his very nature. As success followed success, the business grew, presenting him with more time to devote to his passion. Without yielding an inch in terms of his other duties, Mr. Gandhi immersed himself in the promotion and expansion of the business, winning accounts, plaudits and admirers along the way.
